I’ve been going to restore health classes for almost three years, and it really one of the best things I’ve ever done. The classes are so inclusive and Andrea is so knowledgable you get a wonderful yoga experience and so much more. I understand my body so much better and look after it much better because if this’ll all aspects of my life. Three years in I still look forward to every class. Due to childcare requirements I’ve missed a couple of classes recently, and the difference I feel in my movement capability and stress levels show me just how much this class does for me every week. Andrea is so great and creates such a welcoming atmosphere, it’s just a joy to learn from her.

I’m so enjoying my on line yoga class with Andrea. Having been in lockdown since early March due to health issues, it’s so good to be doing something with a group and having Andreas soothing voice talking us through the yoga session is just incredibly relaxing! I feel so much better for it, thank you Andrea x

I have been part of this small yoga group for a few years now. The thing I really liked when I started was how relaxing it was and that there was no expectation on you to bust a pose, each person move to their ability, which was really important to me with a very fragile back, you are never made to feel embarrassed if you can't do something and Andrea will always give you another option if you need something different. The best thing for me is that through yoga and Bowen therapy monthly (by Andrea)I have come off Tramodol and Gabapentin (both are very strong pain killers) for my back discs and nerve issues which were debilitating. I had been relying on these meds for many years and still wasn't pain free. I never thought I would be free of back pain but I am, I do have an occasional twinge but know how to deal with it. I can sit on the floor and play with my Grandchildren and do jobs around my house that I couldn't have done 4/5 years ago, climb mountains I never dreamt I would be capable of. Thanks Andrea I could go on and on your classes are amazing but the benefits so much more.

I am really enjoying my virtual functional movement and meditation class with the lovely knowledgeable Andrea. A real escape from the world for a short time, and a pleasant way to keep the body moving. ❤❤❤
